Thank you for the verse and picture. I love the combination. Your comment about seeing the path as clearly reminds me of a second thought regarding the path. God only shows us enough for the next few steps. I often want the grand vista with the path visibly stretching far off into the distance. Yet God usually only gives me enough for today. “We walk by faith, not by sight.”
Your reflections/pictures are a blessing to my day.

Hi Tony. I just realized my mistake. When I answered your question, I was thinking about the post I had just finished, which wasn’t set to go up until later. So. . . I am editing my response. The photo was taken on the campus of San Domenico School in San Anselmo, CA. This school was founded and is sponsored by the Dominican Sisters. Thanks for asking. Thank you, John. As a matter of fact, I also always mention Buechner’s quote, and remind the students that if we find the thing that gives us joy, and for which we have the skills and talents to perform well, our joy will not be complete if what we do serves only ourselves and our own needs. Thank you for sharing!
