What Do We See? What Do We Hear?

In today’s passage from Luke 10: 21-24, we read:

Many . . . desired to see what you see, but did not see it, and to hear what you hear, but did not hear it. (Luke 10:24)

What do I choose not to see? What do I need to aid my vision?
