More of Sometimes Poetry is Preaching

What is there not to like about John O’Donohue? Today I offer a stanza from his poem, “A Morning Offering” for all of us.

May my mind come alive today
To the invisible geography
That invites me to new frontiers,
To break the dead shell of yesterdays,
To risk being disturbed and changed.
