Thoughts on the Sea – 3

Anxious? Go to the sea “When anxious, uneasy and bad thoughts come, I go to the sea, and the sea drowns them out with its great wide sounds, cleanses me with its noise, and imposes a rhythm upon everything in me that is bewildered and confused.

– Rainer Maria Rilke

Yes the sea is very cleansing in many ways – beautiful coastline and the rocks look much like those here. I often think when looking out to the Horizon that your coastline is there beyond!! Beautiful photo and I really do relate to that rhythm in the quote!!

Thanks Keith! Our coastlines are all very similar and beautiful, aren’t they! There’s a lesson in there somewhere. Enjoy your weekend!! Pat
